Terms and Conditions for Bohemian Content Specialist Plan Effective Date: 28 November 2024 Welcome to Bohemian Studio. By engaging with Bohemian Studio Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Duration and Start Date Customers are obligated to inform us their decided start date or the expected deadline of the service. 2. Trial Period and Refund Policy A one-week (5 working days) trial period is included for monthly plan clients. During this period, customers can assess the quality of our services. If the service is deemed inadequate, customers may cancel within the trial period, receiving a refund of 50% of the paid amount. Refunds are processed within one week of the request. There is no refund policy for Video & Landing Page Services 3. On-Site and Remote Work Preferences We prioritize on-site work and are available to work 5 hours per day with a 1-hour break on a work day. For on-site work, the customer is responsible for providing supplemental commute transportation and food stipends in addition to the service fee (exact remuneration is decided through further negotiation). Some tasks may require remote work to ensure efficiency and adaptability based on the project’s needs. The balance of on-site and remote work will be mutually agreed upon. 4. Scope of Services Our services include; Marketing Consulting, SNS Management, Creating Reels, Short Videos, Posts, Grids, Highlights, Photography, Videography, and Business Landing Site. 5. Creative Collaboration We are committed to producing high-quality, well-designed content tailored to the customer’s preferences. We value open communication and will share honest views, ideas, and suggestions to ensure optimal results. 6. Daily Deliverables We guarantee at least one content piece ready for posting or updating for each working week or within the decided deadline. 7. Tools and Equipment We utilize our professional-grade camera, editing tools, and smartphones to deliver top-tier results. 8. Compliance with Local Regulations We adhere to all relevant rules, laws, and business guidelines in the location (or country) where the service is provided. 9. Professionalism and Mutual Respect Our team works professionally and diligently, maintaining high standards of integrity and creativity. Customers are expected to treat our team with the same level of respect and professionalism.
